“'Kerų kerai' is a true success story—designed for those who want to live close to nature without giving up city conveniences. We initially planned to launch the fourth phase in autumn, but market demand led us to start earlier. A mild and short winter allowed us to keep construction moving, so we’re kicking off sales with buildings already topped out. This means buyers won’t have to rely on blueprints—they can see the apartments in person and move in just in time for Christmas,” says Ieva Šikšnytė-Brazienė, Head of Sales and Brokerage at “Inreal” Group.
According to her, only a quarter of the project's 230 apartments remain available, including those in the fourth phase.
Located in the Burbiškės Forest Valley, a natural formation from the last Ice Age, the “Kerų kerai” development blends seamlessly with its surroundings. The low-rise buildings are thoughtfully positioned between two tree-covered slopes, with large panoramic windows, spacious balconies, and rooftop terraces. The facades feature durable, natural materials that complement the environment while resisting moss growth. The architectural design was created by UAB “FlexiForma”.
The project meets A+ energy efficiency standards, with underfloor heating included. Security has been a key focus, with gated residential complexes, as well as carefully designed shared spaces and well-planned apartment layouts. Residents will also benefit from dedicated parking, bicycle storage, EV charging stations, children’s playgrounds, and community areas.
In total, the “Kerų kerai” development consists of 16 low-rise residential buildings with 230 apartments. The entire project spans 16,600 sq. m across a 3.1-hectare site, with a total investment of €27 million.
