The business centre at Ukmerges Str. 322 Vilnius was sold – a good sign for RE developers

June 10, 2015. Vilnius. This day the transaction on the purchase-sale of the business centre at Ukmerges Str. 322, Vilnius, was signed. From now on the business centre will be called “Business Centre ONE” (formerly – “Vertingis”). The business centre was purchased by “Nordic and Baltic Property Group” from SC “Invalda Privatus Kapitalas”. The transaction has been arranged and consulted by JSC “Inreal Valdymas”. The details on the transaction remain undisclosed.


According to Arnoldas Antanavičius, Head of Investing and Analysis Department of “Inreal”, this transaction shows that the business centre market is active and liquid sufficiently, and potential investors are interested not only in Class-A business centres in prime locations. “This is a good sign for real estate developers, who should feel more courageous in launching new projects outside the city centre – thus leading to a wider geographical development of business centres in Vilnius”, - stated A. Antanavičius.


“Business centre ONE” has a 3-floor and 9-floor buildings, covering 11,800 sq.m. area. Gross Leasable Area is 6,000 sq.m.


“Nordic and Baltic Property Group” has invested in real estate in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Russia and Lithuania. The newly acquired “Business Centre ONE” supplemented the real estate portfolio of “Nordic and Baltic Property Group” in the capital city of Lithuania, which covered the business centres “FOUR” and “TRIO” as well as the hotel “Neringa”.
