Project “Marių verandos” is developed in the central part of Pervalka (Pervalkos Str. 15, Neringa) on the coast of the Curonian Lagoon. The total value of the Project is 2.9 million Euros. The Complex of four 1-floor and 2-floor buildings with mansards include twenty six apartments with a total space of 24-80 sq. m ranging from small cosy holiday accommodations to luxurious spacious 2-floor cottages with terraces, balconies, and improvised verandas. The total space of the buildings will be 1330 sq. m. The end of construction of “Marių verandos” has been planned in the 2nd quarter in 2017.
According to Gintaras Prikockis, Architect of the Project, the objective was maximum integration of the new buildings into the nature and the range of colours of the Curonian Spit. “This was the visual idea of “Marių verandos”: a simple greyish building of neutral shades with a gable roof and ornate verandas. Just in this Project a veranda was transformed to give it a more modern touch: it was raised above the ground and turned into a skylight-veranda”, said G. Prikockis.
Areas for a children’s playground, a parking lot, an area for parking bicycles and gazebos have been planned in the territory of the Project. Website of the Project is available at www.mariuverandos.lt.
