During the validity of the agreement, assignment, other type of transaction (if any) with the personal data subject and 10 years after the expiry of such transactions with the personal data subject or 10 years after the last communication with the personal data subject.

Legal grounds for the processing of personal data:

  • A company belonging to the INREAL Group has a consent of the personal data subject (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
  • A company belonging to the INREAL Group enters into and executes agreements with the personal data subject (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
  • A company belonging to the INREAL Group must collect information according to law (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR);
  • A company belonging to the INREAL Group protects the vital interest of personal data subjects and other natural persons (Article 6(1)(d), Article 9(2)(c) of the GDPR);
  • A company belonging to the INREAL Group has a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
  • Legal proceedings (Article 9(2)(f) of the GDPR).

Recipients or categories of personal data:

All personal data of personal data subjects processed by the INREAL Group companies may be transferred to third parties in the ways described in this Privacy Policy:

  • A Company belonging to the INREAL Group may submit data of personal data subjects to related persons of a company belonging to the INREAL Group, shareholders, subsidiaries, business partners of such a company;
  • Also, to service providers which perform functions on behalf of the company belonging to the INREAL Group, for example, to persons providing the services of information technology maintenance, accounting, postal, archiving, marketing services, to persons carrying audit of a company belonging to the INREAL Group, etc.;
  • A company belonging to the INREAL Group may submit personal data of the personal data subjects to a person acquiring its shares and/or a person participating in its reorganization or to the reorganizing person (if reorganization is being carried out);
  • To notaries, bailiffs, lawyers, consultants, debt recovery companies, etc.
  • To law enforcement and supervisory authorities, other dispute resolution authorities;
  • To state institutions, bodies, organizations, enterprises or any other public entity, entities controlled by state capital enterprises.

Rights of the data subject:

Data controllers shall ensure the rights of data subjects under the law and shall inform that any data subject has the right:

  • To know (be informed) about the processing of their personal data, its scope;
  • To request that the Data Controllers would allow access to personal data of the data subject and would correct or erase them (“the right to be forgotten”) if the Data Controllers process personal data unlawfully;
  • To request the Data Controllers to restrict data processing when the data subject disputes the accuracy of the data or objects to the processing, does not consent to the erasure of the data subject’s personal data, or the data subject needs data to establish, enforce or defend legal claims;
  • The right to object to the processing of data when the Data Controllers process personal data in accordance with the legitimate interests of the Data Controllers and/or the interests of third parties, except in cases where the data are processed for compelling legitimate reasons;
  • Also, the right to data portability if the data are processed by Data Controllers by automated means;
  • Not to agree to automated assessment or profiling if such decision-making would have legal consequences or similar significant effects on the data subject;
  • To submit a complaint regarding the processing of personal data to the State Data Protection Inspectorate, whose website address is ada.lt, if the data subject considers that his or her personal data are processed in violation of his or her rights and legitimate interests according to the applicable legislation.

Our website has an installed Facebook plug-in. This plug-in is intended for the visitors of our website who wish to visit Facebook social network and receive ads based on the visitor's interests. A direct link is created with Facebook servers via this icon which is indicated on our website. Facebook receives information that you have visited our website and assigns such information to the personal Facebook user subscription.
