In 2023, the consolidated revenue of INREAL Group reached 29.1 million euros, marking an 11 percent rise compared to 2022 (26.1 million euros). The net profit earned amounted to 6 million euros, reflecting a 27 percent increase from the previous year (4.7 million euros).
“We entered our 30th anniversary with substantial experience, operational insight, and the trust of our customers. Despite challenging global circumstances and the conditions of the domestic real estate market, the year proved to be successful for the INREAL Group. The majority of our income, totalling 19.7 million euros, was derived from sales in real estate projects under development and rental of premises. Profit was boosted by the disposal of real estate,” stated Andrius Anusauskas, Head of INREAL Group.
In 2023, Miško vėtrungės project in Nida was completed, with investments of 4 million euros. Additionally, Phase I of Kerų kerai housing project in Vilnius reached completion by the end of 2023, with all apartments sold. The majority of rental income was generated from Žalgiris94 and BH92 business centres in the new centre of Vilnius, as well as the former territory of Vilniaus baldai (Savanorių Ave. 178B), housing Kartlandas, Savanorių sporto arena, and Vilkpėdės renginių zona. Revenue from real estate services, such as valuation, brokerage, and cadastral measurements, experienced a slight decline due to a notable slowdown.
Furthermore, in 2023, the development of Phase II of Kerų kerai housing project in Vilnius (Bartų St. 11) commenced. It is intended to be completed in the third quarter of 2024, with 78 percent of the apartments already sold. There are plans to initiate Phase III of Kerų kerai project in 2024, with the total investment in the entire project estimated to reach 27 million euros.
