May 15, 2017. Vilnius. In 2016, the unaudited income regarding the real estate (hereinafter – RE) services provided by the real estate companies united by the trademark of Inreal surpassed EUR 10.5 million, exceeding the level of 2015 (EUR 9.5 million) by 10 percent. In 2016, the profit before taxation amounted to EUR 320 thousand and was less by 36 percent than in 2015 (EUR 204 thousand).
“In 2016, we have continued the development of new projects in the coast of Lithuania: “Danges Krantines” in Klaipeda and “Mariu Verandos” in Neringa. We finished the reconstruction of the business centre HIGHWAY (Savanoriu pr. 128) in Vilnius, thereafter it has become a business centre of A and A+ energy class. We have also made a significant expansion of recreational and entertainment complex in Smiltyne – Smiltyne Yacht Club, where 25 new family suites as well as the conference and event halls were built in a 40 apartment 3* hotel”, stated Gediminas Pruskus, the Director of Inreal Valdymas and Inreal.
Along with the increasing activity of the market, income was growing in all groups of services provided by Inreal companies: RE development and management, RE valuation and brokerage, consulting, geodesy and territory planning. A particularly positive change in profit (+46 percent) was reached by Inreal, which was nominated for the “Gazelle” award in 2016.
